- host-support.js: expose window.AndroidNative (speak/stop) next to __ANDROID_APP__ so packaged web UIs can adapt; apps without a speech bridge reject the op harmlessly. - emulator-check.sh: force-stop the bundled launcher before each acceptance run (the software-GPU runner let it raise an isn't-responding ANR dialog over the offline screenshot) and fail the build when a system dialog is still on screen as evidence is collected.
…e is captured The emulator screenshot was taken after the readiness predicate passed, yet showed 'Opening your workspace...'. The predicate could be satisfied by the loading shell, so the acceptance image did not demonstrate offline readiness even once the launcher ANR overlay was removed. Excluding the loading copy makes the screenshot prove what it claims.

Brings the verified Android work onto the mainline: the internal WebView client, native file controls and back-gesture handling, the
window.AndroidNativehost API so packaged web UIs can detect native mode, Play listing/release-gate scaffolding, and the CI workflow that builds, unit-tests, instrument-tests and lint-checks the app on every push.Verified in CI on this branch: debug APK and release AAB build, unit tests pass, instrumentation tests 2/2 pass, lint clean apart from a harmless OldTargetApi warning. The release AAB is UNSIGNED and cannot be uploaded until a signing keystore is configured; the release gates in android/release-gates.json are unchanged by this PR.
Web output is unaffected: the host API is additive and the packaged-app branches are guarded by window.ANDROID_APP, which is undefined in the browser.
