Vercel Blob stores are quota-suspended account-wide (usageQuotaExceeded, cannot create new stores). This adds a Supabase Postgres adapter behind the existing store interface: contractcheck_records(name PK, value JSONB, revision UUID as etag). Supabase takes precedence when SUPABASE_URL + SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY are set; Blob path untouched otherwise. Optimistic concurrency preserved via revision-guarded PATCH. New tests: supabaseStore.test.js (probe round-trip, create-conflict, single-spend grants). Requires env vars SUPABASE_URL + SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY on Vercel before merge/deploy.
