Summary

Adds a Metrics tab to the Sentry section, next to Logs, for the Sentry trace metrics the server now stores (buggregator/server#355, issue buggregator/server#347).

• the tab appears once /api/sentry/counts reports metrics, like Traces and Logs
• each row shows type, name, value with unit and the attributes the application set; the sentry.* attributes the SDK adds to every metric are left out of the row
• a row expands to all attributes and links to its trace
• filters by type (counter, gauge, distribution) and by name
• empty state for when no metrics have arrived yet
• stories for the list and the page, with mock data, following the logs

Needs GET /api/sentry/metrics from buggregator/server#355.
