packit copr builds are broken

I can sucessfully do a fedpkg mockbuild on the f44 branch of bcvk dist-git, so probably something out of sync between the downstream and upstream specfiles.

Ah this is due to #346, which switched to using xtask for manpages but we don't have that available in the rpm buildroot so it fails. The only reason it's working for me on f44 is because there hasn't been a new release with the updated Makefile that's gone to Fedora yet. So this is a blocker for next release.

Hm next error is:

Error: 
   0: Invoking git rev-parse
   1: No such file or directory (os error 2)

bootc has some code that specifically avoids calling rev-parse so we'll need to do something like that here too

Makefile: Don't use `cargo xtask`
