Folds the right parts of #290 into 3.1.0, adds #277, and states the detector non-goal.

Changes

#290 proposed a separate §26 for a page explaining its own conventions. That is the same habit as the widened §25, and §26 now belongs to #271's pattern, so I folded it into §25 instead of adding a number. The skill stays at 26 patterns and 397 lines.

Checks

  • python3 scripts/validate-package.py: v3.1.0 is valid
  • npx skills@1.5.20 add . --list: passes
  • claude plugin validate .: passes

… non-goal

§25 now covers text that narrates its own sourcing, assembly, or visible
layout, not only what it replaced. This takes the right parts of #290: the
§25 widening, its method-narration example, and the heading-for-effect case
in §20. The proposed §26 (explaining the page's own conventions) is the same
habit, so it lives in §25's watch list instead of a new number.

§2 gains "That distinction matters." (#277). The README says plainly that
defeating AI detectors is not a goal (#229, #281).
