The Voice section says a writing sample overrides the patterns including §6, but after the 3.0.0 renumbering dashes are pattern 8. This points the sample override at §8, the rule it describes. Docs only: no pattern, behavior, or version change.

Thanks for catching this. The same §6 → §8 fix landed in #274, which also adds a validator check so a renumber can't strand a reference again. Closing as a duplicate. |

The Voice section says a writing sample overrides the patterns "including §6", but 3.0.0 moved dashes to pattern 8. Pattern 8 is the rule that carries the sample-rate exception, so the reference should point at the rule it describes.
Docs only: one line changed. No pattern, behavior, or version change. scripts/validate-package.py reports the package valid after the edit.
