Context
Many D-04 feature/capability rows remain Partial/Planned pending official-suite gates or proposal coverage. This is an umbrella tracker; split into per-proposal issues when work starts.
Scope (candidate items)
- BC-05 multi-value function/block signatures.
- BC-06 bulk memory and passive element/data segments.
- BC-08 remaining proposals: SIMD/relaxed SIMD, exceptions, wide arithmetic, multi-memory, memory64; tail calls already have a gated lowering (enable via a profile revision).
- BC-09 threads/shared memory/stack switching.
- BC-01/BC-02 remaining sections/opcode families.
- Official suite gates: BE-12 (M8-O optimization/CoreFn), BE-13..BE-16 (L6/M7), BE-27 (passing-suite runtime scoreboard).
- BE-04/BE-05/BE-06 broader source coverage and official case landing.
