Summary
Release 1.21.0: Neuralwatt provider, live Cline account data, real NVIDIA key verification, an opt-in Groq rate-limit probe and OpenRouter's daily free-model allowance. Feature work was merged in #51; this PR only bumps
plugin.json, moves the Unreleased notes into## 1.21.0 - 2026-10-13, and adds the long-form guidedocs/releases/1.21.0.md, linked from both READMEs.No settings, credential or history migration. Limitations are listed in the release guide: Cline free-model and ClinePass limits have no published number; Neuralwatt has only been checked against the live API on the error path; the Groq probe is opt-in and spends one request per probe.
