release-please-action@v5 treats docs: as releasable and cut a patch release for a SECURITY.md change. Spell the changelog sections out: feat/fix/perf/revert make a release; docs, refactor, test, build, ci, chore and style are hidden and do not.

This spells the changelog sections out —feat/fix/perf/revertmake a release;docs,refactor,test,build,ci,chore,styleare hidden and do not (the same ruleci:already followed by default). Same change in every repo; the template generates it.
