Issue number: n/a, combines the open dependabot PRs

Summary

One PR for the current dependabot batch, so we run CI once. The individual dependabot PRs stay open and will close themselves when this lands.

• pydantic 2.13.5 -> 2.14.1 (pydantic-core 2.50.1). chore(deps): bump pydantic from 2.13.5 to 2.14.1 #8677 failed mypy because pydantic 2.14 now types the TypeAdapter argument as TypeForm; our Kafka PydanticOutputSerializer passes type | Callable, so I cast it. Runtime unchanged, Kafka tests green.
• aws-cdk-lib and aws-cdk.aws-lambda-python-alpha -> 2.275.0 (dependabot proposed 2.274.0, 2.275.0 was already out when I relocked), aws-cdk npm -> 2.1146.1 (chore(deps-dev): bump aws-cdk-lib from 2.273.0 to 2.274.0 #8680, chore(deps-dev): bump aws-cdk-aws-lambda-python-alpha from 2.273.0a0 to 2.274.0a0 #8679, chore(deps-dev): bump aws-cdk from 2.1145.0 to 2.1146.1 in the aws-cdk group #8674)
• sentry-sdk -> 2.73.0 (chore(deps-dev): bump sentry-sdk from 2.71.0 to 2.73.0 #8678), pytest-mock -> 3.17.0 and ruff -> 0.17.2 with the bound moved to <0.17.3 (chore(deps-dev): bump the dev-dependencies group with 2 updates #8676)
• docs: zensical 0.0.72, mkdocstrings-python 2.0.10 (chore(deps): bump the docs-dependencies group in /docs with 2 updates #8675)
• GitHub Actions: codeql-action, setup-uv, setup-python, gh-action-pypi-publish (chore(deps): bump the github-actions group with 4 updates #8681)

Full functional + unit suite: 3763 passed with pydantic 2.14.1, the one failure is the known flaky test_append_context_keys_handles_empty_dict, which passes alone. ruff 0.17.2 and mypy clean.

User experience

No user-facing change. pydantic 2.14 is a minor and our range already allowed it.
