Tracks Authup v1.0.0-beta.67.

Contract check

• Migration 1789930726252-PathsAndEventAggregates (folders, daily event rollups): the existing pre-upgrade Job or the server boot applies it.
• UTC pin: Authup now pins database sessions to UTC. The built-in PostgreSQL and MySQL run in UTC and the chart sets no driver timezone option. A contradicting option set through server.config (MySQL timezone/dateStrings/typeCast, PostgreSQL TimeZone in options) now stops the boot. If an external database ran in local time, convert its historical timestamps once, as the upstream upgrading guide describes.
• Boot-time migration lock: replicas that start together with MIGRATION_ENABLED no longer race. Migration Job ownership is unchanged.
• Event rollups run wherever the worker sweeps run: the combined start server, or the worker Deployment when worker.enabled=true.

• Chart.yaml: appVersion set to 1.0.0-beta.67, and artifacthub.io/changes updated
• README.md: regenerated (make docs schema)
• .agents/references/authup.md: mapping re-pinned to beta.67

Verification

• make test: helm lint, full ci render matrix, values coverage and beta.64 contract all pass (ct isn't installed locally, so ct lint ran only as helm lint here; CI runs it)
• Rendered image: docker.io/authup/authup:1.0.0-beta.67
