Fix new content corruption from recent generation runs blocking the Hugo build - #97

Fourth wave of content bugs, found because the automated content
pipeline kept generating new tutorials between verification rounds,
introducing fresh instances of defect shapes already fixed elsewhere:
a doubled-quote relref ({{< relref ""path"" >}} instead of a single
pair), a closing tag glued directly onto the next tag with no >}} or
separator between them, a closing tag missing its < after {{, and one
page whose generation was cut off mid-sentence before the closing
wrapper tags were ever written. Fixed with the same validated tooling
used in the earlier three waves.
