Two relref calls in attachments-handling/_index.md used malformed
doubled double-quotes ({{< relref ""/path/"" >}}), which broke Hugo's
shortcode argument parsing and caused the build to fail with
"shortcode \"java\" does not evaluate .Inner" errors. Since every
relref argument already matches its target's absolute url, replace
all relref usages across these 5 files with plain markdown links to
avoid the fragile shortcode syntax entirely.
