- Add CI workflow: gofmt, go vet, golangci-lint, race-enabled tests with coverage, SonarQube Cloud with blocking quality gate - Add CodeQL (go + actions) and Security workflow (govulncheck, dependency-review, zizmor) - Pin all actions by SHA, scope permissions per job, harden release.yml against template injection and cache poisoning, add cooldowns to Dependabot - Add .golangci.yml v2 configuration, fix all linter findings, and bump go directive to 1.26.10 to resolve stdlib vulnerabilities - Remove redundant .sonarcloud.properties and legacy sonarcloud workflow
