What changes

• Library footer becomes an asymmetric 3:2 row: "Get more" (primary, filled) + a new "Manage" (secondary, outlined), both single line (maxLines 1).

• "Manage" opens the content manager (the Settings > Content manager screen).

• New SetupLibraryActivity.contentManagerIntent factory: one source for the open-content-manager Intent, used by Settings and the Library button.

• Wide screens (600dp+): both actions fold into the grid as the last cells; the footer hides.

• k2go_manage added in all locales, each matched to its own Content manager screen name.

  UI changes:

  • New string k2go_manage: "Manage" (en), "Gestionar" (es, matches "Gestor de contenido"), and the matching verb per locale.
  • The footer "Get more" button goes from outlined to filled (now the primary of the pair).
  • Light and dark verified (OnePlus en, Samsung es).

Why

• Content is what the Library is about; managing it belongs at the point of use, beside "Get more", not only in Settings.

Verifications

• Built and installed standard debug on OnePlus (en) and Samsung (es): footer renders 3:2, "Manage" opens the content manager.
• A long translation ("Administrar") wrapped at 2:1; fixed with 3:2 + maxLines, and "Gestionar" chosen to match the screen name.
  Deferred (low): wide-screen fold with an odd card count can split the two actions (tablet-only); makeActionCell keeps the pre-existing raw Material3 text style, to migrate to K2GoText after K2GO-529 merges.

Notes

• Settings > Content manager row stays (remove later, separate).
• Based on recent main (PR K2GO-376 fix(content-exchange): windowed transfer rate, not cumulative average #717); rebase onto latest main at merge.
