Fixes #8977

• Adds Beam Hive catalog input to the navigation, in its alphabetical place among the Beam transforms. It was the only transform page missing from it; like SFTP Put, the other experimental transform, it is listed without an "(Experimental)" mark, since its page already warns about it.

• Replaces the hand-maintained list on the transforms overview page (pipeline/transforms.adoc), which missed 28 transforms, with a short text pointing to the navigation, the site search and the Help button of each transform's dialog, as the actions overview page does. Nothing includes that list. The rest of the page is kept, with two typos fixed ("HOP", "pay attention too").

• Run mvn clean install apache-rat:check to make sure basic checks pass. A more thorough check will be performed on your pull request automatically.

• If you have a group of commits related to the same change, please squash your commits into one and force push your branch using git rebase -i.

• Mention the appropriate issue in your description (for example: addresses #123), if applicable.

Thanks @Adalennis, good catch on the missing navigation entry, and keeping the list in one place makes sense.

Docs only, so nothing here can break anything. One thing worth fixing before merge:

• Four pages still link here as a full list of transforms, and that list is gone after this PR:

  • getting-started/hop-next-steps.adoc:32 "the complete list of transforms"
  • pipeline/create-pipeline.adoc:82 "Check the list of transforms"
  • pipeline/pipelines.adoc:176 "Transforms Catalog — Browse the complete library of over 100 transforms."
  • snippets/hop-concepts/transform.adoc:21 "See the Transforms catalog for all available transforms."

  Suggested fix: reword these so they no longer promise a list. For example, point them to "the transform pages under Pipelines › Transforms", or just link to "Transforms".

Checked against the source tree, site not built: the 28 missing transforms, that Beam Hive catalog input was the only transform page missing from the navigation, that nothing includes the removed list, and that the PR merges cleanly with main.
