[Task]: Add Beam Hive Catalog Input to the navigation and replace the hand-maintained list on the transforms page #8977

What needs to happen?

• Beam Hive Catalog Input (pipeline/transforms/beamhivecataloginput.adoc) is the only transform page missing from the navigation. It is experimental (its category, title and a warning on the page say so), but that isn't why it's missing: SFTP Put, the only other experimental transform, is in the navigation, and the page was never added to it when it was written in 2023.
• The list on the transforms overview page (pipeline/transforms.adoc) is maintained by hand and misses 28 transforms that are in the navigation. Replace it with a short text pointing to the navigation, as the actions overview page does, so it can't fall behind again. Nothing includes that list, so it can be removed safely.
