Clarify new version labels

AppWatcher can detect a real newer Play release before Google Play offers it to the current device, for example during a staged rollout. Labels like "Updatable", "New updates" and "%s updated" suggest the update can be installed right now, which matches the confusion reported in #172 and #107.

This PR changes only the wording of existing strings (English, Russian, Hungarian) to describe detected new versions:

• Watchlist section, filter tab and launcher shortcut: "New versions"
• Notification titles: "New version of %s" / "New versions for %d apps"
• Notification action: "Check Play"

No logic or resource keys change. This does not fix Play eligibility/targeting differences; it only sets clearer expectations.

Validation: :app:testDebugUnitTest passed (181 tests). :app:lintDebug fails only on the pre-existing MissingTranslation for no_document_provider.
