RAAY Creative is open for work: brand systems, content pipelines, creative direction.
Want creative volume you can actually put a client's name on? Let's talk.

πŸ‘‹ About Me

Co-founder, RAAY Creative β€” an AI-led marketing and creative studio in India. A two-person studio: one builds the pipeline, one signs off the taste. I sign off the taste.

A generative pipeline will produce a month of brand work in an afternoon, and most of it will be nearly right. A wordmark with the wrong bowl on the letter. A printed panel where the small type has been re-imagined into near-words. A statistic that is almost sourced. None of it looks wrong at a glance, and a glance is all anyone gives it.

  • Volume was never the hard part. Deciding what you are willing to put a client's name on is the hard part
  • My half of the studio is the layer that says no: rules that make a failure mechanically catchable
  • Systems that enforce those rules before a human ever sees the work
  • Based in Delhi, India | Open to studio work and collaborations

πŸš€ Featured Work

Eight agents running a client account end to end, with separation of powers. The gate that judges work cannot edit it; the retro that learns cannot change the rules. Both are defined without an edit tool, not by convention but structurally.

Multi-agent Separation of powers

Contracts, invoices and catalogs generated as native Figma documents. Half of it is a failure record: 500 lines of every mistake across four rebuilds and its specific fix.

JavaScript Figma API

Content production where research happens before copy. No line is written until a sourced research artefact exists, because a model with nothing to say will call anything seamless.

Python Research-first

Sixty-two rules that stop a generative step quietly replacing a brand's identity with something plausible and wrong. Every rule carries the incident that produced it.

62 rules Incident-backed

A format for recording what a team rejected and why. The trick is that a rejection is written as a positive specification: kill the treatment, then lock the replacement in the next row.

Decision record Format spec

A research method that can be checked: raw data ships beside the conclusion, and the findings file names what was refuted.

Reproducible research

πŸ“ How I Work

  • A rule without an incident is a preference. Preferences are fine. They belong in a style guide, where disagreeing with one is cheap.
  • The reviewer cannot be the author. Any check that can fix what it finds stops being a check.
  • A number carries its tag or it does not ship. Confirmed, proxy, cannot-confirm, target. A proxy quietly promoted to a result is how an honest report becomes a dishonest one.
  • Publish the refutation. The research repos name what was disproved, including where it contradicted the brief that paid for it.
