Scope
IR-329's current Kani ownership table omitted helper modules. This spec-only change adds explicit rows for
record,spec,render,collection, the V2 clause module, interim census and corpus module entry, test support, and module roots. AD-004 already places most of them; the rows explicitly record that it has no separate placement forclause/v2.rsandrole_parity_tests.rs. It changes no acceptance criterion, source code, or implementation status.Evidence
