Deletes agent instructions that tell agents to create or keep tracking records, plus a relocation map nothing reads.

  • AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md: mandatory artifacts/manifest.md and its field list (head SHA, command, timestamp...), corpus prefix/scale/SHA-in-manifest, manifest-conditional lines (SSM final.json, --run-dir reason, bespoke-config reason), manifest.md in the tree diagram and belongs-in-packet list, current-lane provenance chain, NFR-007 provenance pointers, the whole "Status Bookkeeping" dual-ledger section, the dual-update carve-out, the Task-NNN ledger reference rule, the ACCEPT/STOP record-on-issue rule, and the candidate-ID "canonical ledger" rule, plus the inbox bullet to scan packet manifests.
  • reviews/README.md: same manifest mandate and tree entry; migration-notes pointer.
  • reviews/MIGRATION.md: deleted (2,211-line old-path/new-path map; git has the history).
  • review/README.md, .gitignore: dropped references to the above.

Docs only; no code touched.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Delete the mandatory per-packet artifacts/manifest.md (head SHA, command,
timestamp inventory), the corpus-SHA-in-manifest rule, the current-lane
provenance chain, the NFR-007 provenance pointers, the dual Status ledger
(task-file Status plus README row), the "canonical ledger" candidate-ID
rule, and the Task-NNN ledger reference rule from AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md.
Drop the same manifest mandate from reviews/README.md and the matching
.gitignore comment, and delete reviews/MIGRATION.md, a 2,211-line
old-path/new-path relocation map that git already records.
