Changes

Two focused commits:

1. Repair corrupted middle dots, ellipsis and dash punctuation in README/CI/onboarding, changelog and six package READMEs. Add a UTF-8/mojibake regression over published documentation. Commands, links and substantive content are unchanged (Markdown formatting normalized).
2. Patch Vite 7.3.5→7.3.7 in the root and both examples with a compatible lockfile refresh. No major upgrades, overrides, or audit suppression.

Before / after evidence

• New documentation regression fails against the original documents and passes after repair. Residue scan passes across all tracked Markdown; command blocks and link destinations are unchanged.
• Production audit remains 0; all-dependency audit improves from 1 high, 3 moderate, 1 low to 0. Vite is development tooling in all three importers.
• Frozen install, six-package build, all 26 tests, both example production builds, six-tarball packaging and package/production-bundle audits pass.
• Changed Markdown/test formatting and git diff --check pass.
• Generated audit results were retained separately; tracked historical release reports were preserved.

Limits and gates

Browser/native WebMCP and clean-consumer execution were not run locally due the established browser restriction. Existing Windows/Linux ordinary/native browser and fresh-consumer CI gates remain intact and must pass before merge. No real provider accounts, permission changes or hosted-site deployment.

Main pushes run verification only; release publication is gated by manual workflow_dispatch on main. This PR does not change workflows or permissions.
