• Bug: a board's declared revision reaches the schematic but not the exported PCB

absmach/synth#240 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 19, 2026

• Bug: plane fanout reads synthesized pad geometry, so no 0402 can sit on a plane net

absmach/synth#234 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 19, 2026

• Bug: the board outline is set by which canvas the placer happened to succeed on, not by the circuit

• Bug: the KiCad pin check reads pad numbers only, so a pin declared on the wrong pad passes

absmach/synth#230 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 19, 2026

• Bug: four registry parts disagree with the KiCad symbols and footprints they name

absmach/synth#229 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 19, 2026

• Bug: a routed-length budget sums a net's branches, so adding a load fails a delay budget the copper still meets

absmach/synth#223 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 17, 2026

• Bug: every skew and length budget is measured with Manhattan arithmetic, overstating diagonal copper by up to 41%

absmach/synth#222 · Filter by author JeffMboya opened on Oct 17, 2026

• Bug: a hard near placement hint is silently dropped, leaving decoupling tens of millimetres from its die

• Bug: every net-class via violates the annular minimum the same project file states
