I build performance-oriented software at the intersection of systems programming, graphics, scientific computing, and biomedical research.
My work focuses on:
- Modern C++ and low-level systems architecture
- Vulkan / GPU-oriented computation
- High-performance numerical and scientific simulation
- Biomedical data analysis and computational physiology
- Computer vision and real-time inference pipelines
I am particularly interested in problems where software architecture, numerical modeling, and real-world scientific questions meet.
Developing an in-silico research framework for studying mechanical perturbation of cardiac re-entry dynamics in heterogeneous tissue.
Current work includes:
- OpenCARP-based electrophysiology experiments
- Scar-mediated / anatomically anchored re-entry
- Mechano-electrical feedback
- Mechanosensitive ion-current models
- Rotor / re-entry termination analysis
- Calcium-dynamics and electrophysiological safety constraints
- Custom C++ simulation infrastructure for future large-scale experiments
The long-term goal is to investigate whether targeted, non-destructive mechanical stimulation can disrupt pathological re-entry without relying on conventional high-energy electrical shocks.
Building low-level software with:
- C++20
- Vulkan
- OpenGL
- GLSL
- CMake / Ninja
- Linux
- multithreading
- memory-conscious architecture
- numerical optimization
- GPU-oriented workflows
I also maintain and develop PyEngine, a custom C++ / Vulkan engine focused on low-level rendering architecture and performance.
Research and engineering work involving:
- Python / PyTorch
- OpenCV
- real-time computer vision
- physiological signal processing
- clinical datasets and biomedical data
- C++ acceleration of Python-heavy workloads
Current projects include research-oriented biomedical simulation, physiological signal analysis, and real-time vision systems.

Build the model. Challenge the assumptions. Measure the failure. Optimize only after the mechanism survives.
