TICKETS.md: Shipped now runs to 2026-10-26 and logs the dependency work (#212, #225), the docs catch-up (#213, #224), the first client release and its page links (#226), and the reactions race fix (#227). Each checksum verifies, and the TypeScript, MCP and Python packages install from an empty directory and import (checked today)clients-v*tag ruleset is recorded as in place rather than recommended.
