Listing-only PSBT batches can use the wallet-advertised
maxListingRequestsinstead of being rejected at the generic batch limit. Older providers retain their existing limit; explicit zero, unsupported signers, and malformed listing limits refuse listing batches. Mixed batches retain generic limits and every PSBT still passes normal validation.Adds an exported limit helper for consumers and coverage for forty-request forwarding, over-limit/mixed/malformed requests, and older providers.
Validation: 389 tests pass; type/lint check passes with seven existing warnings; build passes.
