Show three collection badges before the overflow count - #61

The overflow count no longer takes one of the badge slots: up to three collection badges show, then a count whose tooltip names the rest.

Address rows show up to three collection badges, then a +N count (tooltip lists the rest). Previously six slots with the count taking the last one. chat-launch-phases test passes.
