The reorg recovery introduced in #55 treated a normal advancing chain tip as a failed index pass. Retrying then reset every closed launch to pending and cleared its earned total, emptying both graduates and the graveyard while forcing historic mint feeds to reload.
Verify the fixed block anchor instead of the latest height, preserve the last known launch phase during recovery, and invalidate mint totals only where rollback actually removes mints. Recovery still rechecks formerly refunded launches for a canonical pool.
Regression coverage checks an advancing tip versus a replaced anchor, repeated rollback preserving graduates, and refunded pool rechecks without historic mint reloads. Production restoration was independently checked against the complete canonical fairminter/pool sets and retained mint totals: 19 graduates and 208 conforming refunded launches.
