Shared dispenser payments were repeated in explorer asset/address monetary totals and receipt pricing. Allocate each output across its assets before filtering; the 151-asset Pokémon purchase now totals 0.02 BTC throughout. Preserve raw protocol rows and genuine repeated outputs.
Migration 0099 corrects stored allocations and monetary signals. A repeatable repair command rebuilds historical payment trades, price observations, USD valuations and rankings. Live ingestion handles event-page boundaries and deployment-gap recovery. Includes the audit of Exchange, Marketplace and Launchpad.
Validation: 448 API tests passed (34 skipped), typecheck/lint/format/structure passed, Worker dry-run and size check passed, 2 Chromium allocation/receipt tests passed. Marketplace 37 targeted tests and Launchpad 20 targeted tests passed.
