Updates screen: show the current TigerCore version - #317

The Updates screen said 'up to date' but never showed WHICH version you're on. Surface
Tiger_Version::VERSION in the header ('Currently running TigerCore x.y.z', always visible) and name it on
the up-to-date card ('TigerCore x.y.z — the latest release'). Controller passes currentVersion; view + i18n
(en/es/pt/hi/de/fr). No behaviour change to the checker.
