chore: prepare Token 1.9.0

Summary

• Release the current Token service line as TypeType 1.9.0.
• Improve remote-login diagnostics and add playback startup tracing and YouTube SABR session/token performance updates.

Production behavior

• Carries the Token-side changes for YouTube session, PO-token, and playback diagnostics into the 1.9.0 release.

Deployment requirements

• Deploy with the coordinated TypeType 1.9.0 Server release and the Token image built from the merged revision.

Runtime verification

• The main-branch Docker workflow completed successfully.
• Production runtime verification remains pending the rollout.

Tests

• Pull request CI checks passed.

Rollback

• Restore the previous Token image reference and matching Server/Token configuration.
