Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a project.
2. Locate the Add button inside the project interface.
3. Observe that the button has no label, tooltip, or description to indicate its purpose.

Expected Result:

• The button should have a clear label or tooltip describing its function (e.g., Add Task, Add Member, Add File).
• Users should immediately understand what the button does before clicking.

Actual Result:

• The button appears without any label or description.
• Users have no clue what action will be performed when clicking the button.
