Implémente un broker de documents D1 dans AppFactory, utilisant exclusivement les credentials Worker déjà présents et une assertion OIDC GitHub Actions vérifiée. Profils d'accès explicites par dépôt/workflow/événement/ref, SQL fermé, CAS, lecture seule pour le journal des objectifs, protection des rapports finalisés, tests et documentation RAIDER. Aucun secret Cloudflare n'est envoyé aux projets consommateurs. Compatible avec les endpoints existants. Déploiement du broker à confirmer après CI.
