Context:
The configs/ folder contains important system configs but lacks explanation.

Suggested approach:

1. Explore configs/
2. Identify key configs (niri, waybar, rofi)
3. Create docs/CONFIGS.md
4. Explain purpose of each config

Acceptance criteria:

• Each config has description
• Beginner-friendly explanations
