TODO 삭제 API 변경에 맞춰 date 쿼리 파라미터를 추가했습니다.

• Swagger 명세를 기준으로 삭제 API 관련 타입과 Zod 스키마를 갱신했습니다.
• 삭제 시 TODO ID와 해당 TODO의 날짜를 함께 전달하도록 수정했습니다.
• 일반 TODO와 반복 TODO 모두 날짜를 전달합니다.
