HackHealth is a browser-based prototype that uses React and MediaPipe BlazePose to estimate a user's range of motion during common exercises.
- Streams webcam video in the browser.
- Runs MediaPipe Pose Landmarker, which is powered by BlazePose models.
- Tracks joint-angle excursion for three starter assessments:
- Bodyweight squat
- Shoulder flexion raise
- Elbow curl
- Produces per-exercise and session-level ROM scores.
- This is a screening prototype, not a medical device.
- Best results come from a well-lit room with the user's full body visible.
- ROM scoring is based on angle excursion observed during the current session, so users should complete slow, full repetitions.
- The current implementation uses CDN-hosted React and MediaPipe assets to keep setup minimal for a hackathon workflow.
