Based in Okayama, Japan, I'm a policy entrepreneur practicing AI-Driven Development. Making full use of LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI Orchestrator, I'm engaged in R&D on rapid prototyping — what I call Vibe Coding — that runs from requirements definition straight through to Python implementation, including training the human talent needed to serve as the Human-in-the-Loop. My mission is to turn technology from something "special" into an everyday tool, and I'm driving social implementation — Local Revitalization AX, Children's Cafeteria DAOs, Lifelong Learning Living Labs — building it myself, hands-on (Python × web3).

3. Local Implementation & Social Deployment（社会実装）: 地方創生AXやDAO、リビングラボへハンズオンで実装。
