This draft contributes a self-contained four-file host-led question queue, with documentation, offline tests and a per-directory license. It is not an avatar integration and makes no external requests. I am contributing on behalf of Kasamila; there is no account requirement or promotional UI.

• Optional question prefix, bounded pending queue, duplicate suppression.
• Host Next/Clear field controls.
• Moderator deletion removes both pending and currently displayed questions.
• Text-only DOM updates; no channel credentials, external scripts, storage, or paid APIs.

Validation: 13 Node VM widget tests passed. Run node --test ModeratedQuestionQueue/widget.test.cjs. No live StreamElements editor/browser-source run has been performed. In particular, host button propagation to a separately loaded live browser source is unverified. This PR is draft pending that validation and maintainer feedback on fit.

License: explicit Apache-2.0 for the new directory only. Please confirm that per-widget license placement is acceptable; this does not relicense existing repository content.
