…review loop Adds presentations.md (decision spine to a short deck, evidence in the appendix), and extends the Claude artifact routing with page constraints, declared runtime capabilities (live data, downloads, side-effect actions), recording the decision on the page, and the comment and revision loop. Resolve conflicts with the 1.3.0 restructure: keep main's SKILL.md and platforms.md, add the deck guidance, the side-effect control rule, the review loop and the decks/design canvases pointer. Drop the recording and page-constraint sections that main's db answers and the artifact skills now cover. Bump decision-artifacts to 1.4.0. Merged main after #28 (decision-artifacts 1.3.0) restructured the skill. Main now covers answer storage (
dbcapability,decisionscollection), page constraints and runtime capabilities throughartifact-designandartifact-capabilities, so this PR keeps only what main still lacks:references/presentations.md(new): turns the decision spine into a short deck for a meeting. The decision slide comes first, each slide title is a claim, and every evidence record goes to the appendix or speaker notes. In Claude it uses the Slides template; elsewhere it falls back to a self-contained HTML deck.references/platforms.md, Claude artifact section:artifact-capabilities, shows what will be sent and asks for confirmation in a separate step. Never on load, on a timer or from a single click.presentations.md, Design canvases, andother-surfaces.mdfor Codex.SKILL.md: the description covers decision decks, a boundary requires the user's explicit ask before adding a control that writes elsewhere, and the page-shape paragraph routes topresentations.md. The generated Codex stub carries the same description.Dropped after the merge (superseded by main)
