actions/setup-nodefrom v5.0.0 to v7.1.0 in the CI and release-please workflows. v7.0.0 migrated the action to ESM and changedNODE_AUTH_TOKENhandling; the workflows pin Node 22.23.4 with pnpm caching, which are unaffected.Written for commit 3950c5b. Summary will update on new commits.
