Prepares the 2.1.2b2 pre-release for testing. 2.1.2 itself has not shipped (its only release is the 2.1.2b1 pre-release), so the changes since b1 fold into the 2.1.2 entry rather than starting a new version.
manifest.json,pyproject.tomlanduv.lock: version 2.1.2 -> 2.1.2b2, the same three files the b1 release commit touched.CHANGELOG.md:[Unreleased](fix: return the rotated passphrase from rotate_credentials; gate the GFE override on the battery link #277) folds into[2.1.2], now dated 10/2026, with @dcj credited for the rotation, GFE Override and DSM Grid State fixes. Adds the missing entry for the Home Assistant 2026.9 child-device fix (cb4d5c2), which landed in Device registry: scope every lookup to its entry, and resolve panel ids from before 2026.8 #270 after b1 was tagged.Since b1, the release also picks up span-panel-api 3.5.0 and span-panel-api-schema-1 1.1.4 (via #277); schema-0 stays at 1.1.2.
After merge, the GitHub pre-release is cut on tag
v2.1.2b2, marked as a pre-release and not as Latest.
