Generate llms.txt from the built site's canonical pages and sitemap, then validate page titles, local links, fragments, and complete index coverage. Replace the old plugin with the shared generator in both local build commands and a pinned reusable CI workflow; CI verifies that the generated tooling copy matches its pinned ops commit.
Validation: frozen Bun install, TypeScript typecheck, and the production docs build with rendered-output checks passed locally. Package versions already in the lockfile remain unchanged; obsolete plugin dependencies are removed. Deployment workflows remain separate.
