Software engineer and startup co-founder, based in London.
Hi, I'm Shivansh. I work as a contract software engineer, the sole developer on a multi-tenant SaaS platform that I took from greenfield to client-tested staging. I'm also co-founder and lead engineer of Fluxero, a green-energy startup selected for Durham Venture School. There I built the core product in TypeScript, React and Node.js, a Python electrolyser digital twin, and the wind model behind its energy-yield forecasts.
I build with AI coding agents (Claude Code and Codex) and check what they produce, including planting bugs to make sure my test gates can actually fail.
I have a BSc in Computer Science from Durham University. I've also worked as a research assistant at Durham on the EPSRC-funded CHEDDAR programme, building audio-classification pipelines in Python, and as a software engineering intern at TechTree.
- ctxreach: shows which
AGENTS.mdandCLAUDE.mdinstruction files actually reach Codex and Claude Code from a given directory, and where Codex's size limit cuts them off. TypeScript on Node.js. Early days: the staticmapcommand works; a live check against the agents is next. - vector-vault: self-hosted semantic search over PDF, TXT, Markdown and DOCX files. MiniLM embeddings in a FAISS index, with optional cross-encoder re-ranking. Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript.
- git-chronicle: a command-line tool for git-history analytics. It covers authors, an activity heatmap, file churn, streaks and branch comparison, and writes Markdown or JSON reports. TypeScript on Node.js.
- sound-sentinel: a sound classifier with a Python training pipeline and a browser app. Work in progress.
- DurHack 2022, Durham: full-stack on a team web app suggesting energy-efficiency improvements from sensor data.
