Root causes found debugging movie-library <-> Codex: (1) Codex daemon on macOS hit launchd's 256-fd soft limit (Too many open files) so turns failed and threads went systemError; (2) gbot dropped the daemon's error text: rejected receipts only had a reason code and the CLI always printed 'Delivery rejected; terminal answer returns to Grok automatically'; failed turns returned 'no final text' without the Codex error; (3) --when-busy queue with --reply-to-grok gave a terse error. Changes: receipt detail field, describeDelivery with next steps, failed-turn error in the Grok return, clearer managed queue error, desktop-shim login script raises ulimit -n before starting the daemon. Tests, patch changeset, docs/skill, rebuilt artifact.
