The box delete confirmation claimed the action could not be undone although the toast offers Undo, and the import confirmation promised fresh copies although an import replaces entries already in the account with their backed-up version and adds the rest; both are corrected in English and Bulgarian. The admin scripts ignored the
imagescollection, sonpm run backuplost every full-size photo anddelete-user-dataleft a deleted user's photos orphaned; both now include it, and deletion is chunked under Firestore's 500-write batch limit. The README is brought up to date with the current app (email-only auth, Tailwind v4, thumb/full image split, new features, Node 24, npx firebase, data model, release/APK steps) and drops the stale project-structure tree. Verified with translations:check, build, and node --check/ESLint on the changed scripts; the admin scripts were not run against the live project, andnpm run linthas pre-existing errors in untouched src files.Assisted-by: claude-sonnet-5-5
