Fix production correctness issues found in the live DevLens homepage: canonical repository input parsing, rejection of GitHub file/tree URLs, single watchlist writer, legacy recent-entry deduplication, and sanitized GitHub API errors. Adds regression coverage for non-root repository URLs.
