The repository includes inference source, three model files, a logo, loadout, complete bot metadata, and a custom Bob Docker build for Windows and Linux. It uses the shared
torch-archiveruntime.Validation: a native Windows release build passed the packaged checkpoint self-test for observation sizes, recurrent state persistence, per-car isolation/reset, and action masks in all three team sizes (96 action steps). The local Docker engine is unavailable; the full Bob build remains pending CI.
