Existing daily execution-report workflow now sends one status summary for enabled targets, including no-trade and monthly-window rest days, using the locked QuantPlatformKit formatter. A report from a previous due window cannot count as today's success; missing/rejected reports retain alerts. Disabled targets remain silent, and an unacknowledged normal summary fails the workflow. Static diff check passed; no tests or live notifications were run.
