Release cut for v1.35.3.

Ships #202 — the Anthropic API key is offered, never demanded: paste-or-skip at onboarding and startup (asked once per process), skipping enters the REPL, keyless AI turns print backend guidance instead of a raw 401, and headless runs without inference still fail fast.

Merging publishes tag v1.35.3, which triggers the release workflow (test → 6-platform build → GitHub release → public releases repo).
