Keep the original qmax-code kitten and block lettering style, spell out QUALITYMAX, and add a small six-row pyramid beside the kitten. The compact pyramid uses the original logo geometry and two shaded faces.
Only the opening artwork changes. Validation: diff and whitespace reviewed; all content and links after the banner are unchanged; rendered GitHub layout checked before merge, with documentation link CI required.
